By accessing or using any part of the [Revise Radiology] website (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

  1. Definitions

  2. Eligibility and Registration

    1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Website. By registering, You represent and warrant that You meet this age requirement.
    2. Account Information: You must ensure that the information You provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any personal data provided to Us will be handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the UK, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
  3. Your Obligations

    1. Account Security: Your account is personal to You, and You must keep Your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your account.
    2. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:
      1. Share Your login credentials with any other person or entity.
      2. Copy, redistribute, or republish the Content for commercial or non-personal use without Our prior written consent.
      3. Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, hack, or otherwise damage or interfere with the functionality or security of the Website.
      4. Use the Website or any Content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
    3. Consequences: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your account immediately if You breach these Terms or engage in any misuse of the Website.
  4. Subscriptions and Fees

    1. Subscription Plans: We may offer various Subscription plans, which are subject to fees and other terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
    2. Payment: By purchasing a Subscription, You authorise Us (and Our designated payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to the payment method You provide at checkout. All fees are payable in GBP unless otherwise indicated.
    3. Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the applicable term at the current subscription rate. You may opt out of automatic renewal through Your account settings or by contacting Us directly.
  5. Subscription Extension Policy

    1. Extension via Website:
      1. You can extend Your Subscription through the Website by clicking the “Extend” button on the Subscriptions page in the candidate dashboard.
      2. Your Subscription will then extend until You cancel it (subject to Your rights of cancellation under Section 6 below).
    2. Expired Subscriptions (Within 30 Days):
      1. If Your Subscription has expired, You can contact Us at info@reviseradiology.com within 30 days of expiry, and We will issue an invoice for the extension price.
      2. An additional admin fee of £25 + VAT will apply.
      3. Upon payment of the invoice in full, Your Subscription will be extended by one (1) month from the original expiry date.
      4. If You wish to extend further, You can repeat this process or extend via the Website.
    3. Subscriptions Expired Over 30 Days:
      1. If Your Subscription expired more than 30 days ago, You will need to purchase a new Subscription.
  6. Cancellation Policy

    1. Statutory Right of Cancellation (UK Consumers)
      1. If You are a consumer in the UK, You may have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel a Subscription within 14 days (the “Cooling-Off Period”) from the day of purchase, provided that You have not accessed any digital content that forms part of the Subscription.
      2. If You have accessed or used any digital content during the Cooling-Off Period, You may lose or reduce Your statutory cancellation rights, or be liable for a proportionate payment for the content accessed.
    2. Cancellation Fee Schedule
      1. Access to Digital Content: Once You access any of Our digital content or materials that form part of Your Subscription (even within the first 14 days), the following cancellation fee schedule will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      2. Within 0-24 Hours of purchase (or booking confirmation): A cancellation fee of 15% of the total purchase price.
      3. Within 24-48 Hours of purchase (or booking confirmation): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase price.
      4. More than 48 Hours after purchase (or booking confirmation): A cancellation fee of 100% of the total purchase price (no refund).
    3. How to Cancel
      1. To exercise Your cancellation rights, please email info@reviseradiology.com with Your name, address, and account/Subscription details, and clearly state that You wish to cancel.
      2. We will acknowledge receipt of Your cancellation request and, where applicable, process any refund due (minus the relevant cancellation fee).
    4. Exceptions
      1. Nothing in this Cancellation Policy shall limit or exclude any of Your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under UK law.
      2. Where Your statutory right to cancel conflicts with Our fee schedule, Your statutory rights shall take precedence.
    5. Important Considerations
      1. If You are a consumer, You may be entitled to a 14-day statutory Cooling-Off Period provided You have not accessed any digital content. Once You access any digital content or materials, You may lose or reduce Your statutory right to a refund.
      2. The specific cancellation fee schedule applies after the expiration of any applicable statutory Cooling-Off Period or in circumstances where statutory cancellation rights do not apply (e.g., if You have accessed the digital content or if You purchase in a business-to-business context).
      3. If You have any questions about Your rights or obligations, please seek independent legal advice.
  7. Installment Policy

    1. The total subscription amount in GBP (Amount in words) excluding VAT will be divided into (Number of Installments) equal monthly installments.

    2. You agree to pay each installment within three (3) days of receiving the invoice.

    3. Late Payment and Suspension of Services
      1. If You fail to pay any installment within three (3) days of receiving the invoice, We reserve the right to pause Your subscription until the payment is received.
      2. The subscription will be resumed once full payment for the missed installment is made.
    4. Termination of Subscription
      1. If You fail to complete the payment for any installment after a delay period of four (4) days, We reserve the right to:
        1. Invoice You for the portion of the subscription services already used, calculated on a pro-rata basis including VAT;
        2. Permanently stop the subscription without further notice.
    5. Termination of Agreement
      1. Installment agreement shall automatically terminate upon the completion of the full subscription term and all payments being made in full.
      2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations under this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within seven (7) days of receiving written notice of the breach.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights

    1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and database rights) in the Website and its Content (excluding content submitted by Users) are owned by or licensed to Us.

    2. User License: Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, We grant You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its Content for Your personal, non-commercial revision purposes only.

    3. Restrictions: You shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, translate, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its Content without Our express prior written permission.

  9. Medical Disclaimer

    1. Educational Purpose: The Content provided on the Website, including but not limited to all questions, answers, and revision materials, is for educational and informational purposes only.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

    3. Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights You have as a consumer under UK law.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    1. Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising out of or related to Your use of the Website.

    2. Total Liability: Our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by You (if any) for the Subscription in the 12-month period preceding the date of the claim.

    3. Consumer Rights: This section does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Revise Radiology] from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in any way connected with Your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

  13. Data Protection and Privacy

  14. Termination
